Delivery and Installation Specialist
About the role
Keep Aaron’s Moving is looking for a Delivery and Installation Specialist to join our team. This position involves working both inside and outside, driving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise. You'll also assist with moving and installing merchandise in stores.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and protect merchandise
- Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
- Safely operate delivery vehicle
- Assist in store when needed
Requirements
- Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
- Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required, but not a CDL
Qualifications
- Solid communication skills
- Working knowledge of electronics
- Desire to help customers
Skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting and carrying heavy items
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic electronics
Pay
The pay range for this role is $15.00 to $25.00 per hour. Exact pay will depend on several factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
Schedule
Delivery and installation schedules can vary depending on the needs of the company and the specific store locations. Shifts may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
