As a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of post-merger integration and value realization. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to help businesses capture synergies, optimize operations, and drive successful integration outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Leading post-merger integration efforts to capture synergies and optimize operations
  • Conducting detailed synergy analysis to identify cost savings and revenue growth opportunities
  • Managing stakeholder engagement to facilitate smooth transitions during separations and divestitures
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to support enhanced due diligence and HR due diligence processes
  • Developing strategic plans for carve-outs and initial public offerings (IPO)
  • Applying project management skills to oversee complex deal integration projects
  • Collaborating with clients to deliver value creation strategies and drive successful integration outcomes
  • Conducting market research to inform M&A strategy and decision-making processes
  • Guiding teams in change management initiatives to support organizational transformation
  • Leveraging intellectual curiosity and learning agility to adapt to evolving client needs and market conditions

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • These client service Senior Associate positions are for job seekers who are in their final year of their MBA program at the time of application

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
