Primary Job Functions
- Handle products safely.
- Conduct physical inspection of product to identify damages goods, perform touch-up and repair as needed on product.
- Place products in designated storage areas safely.
- Prepare and load customer delivery trucks.
- Unload and safely place products in customer home.
- Understand and comply with all store policies and procedures.
- Remove all the packaging materials from the location.
- Communicate customer concerns to Warehouse Support.
- Communicate credit, damage and essential information to the Customer Service Department.
- May be required to complete shipping/receiving paperwork.
- May be required to complete Department of Transportation paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
- Maintain a professional image.
- Assist driver as needed with vehicle inspection, routine maintenance and fueling of vehicle at approved locations.
- Completes other assignments and special projects as requested.
- Maintains reliable attendance.
Secondary Job Functions
- Maintain reliable attendance.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education.
- Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
- Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
Job Qualifications
- Education: High School, Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Clean Driving record - 3 years NO CDL needed. Must be 21 years of age. Department of Transportation physical examination. 1 year driving experience. Driving certification class, including a road evaluation test. Licenses or Certifications: Valid Driver’s License.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Work independently as well as in a team environment. Document management system. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Maintain confidentiality. Work professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers, treating both with enthusiasm and respect. Display empathy, understanding and patience with employees and external customers. Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries. Follow all OSHA and Company established safety rules and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits
- This position pays an hourly rate of $19.50 - $19.50.
