Delinquency Associate - Default Processing

Primary Responsibilities

• Reviewing loan origination documents, default letters, and servicing notes to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws/regulations.

Position Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in a role involving the review of detailed documents or processes with proven productivity and quality performance.
• Preferred Skills: Strong attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a capacity to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
