About the Role

Deli Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising team members in the hot deli area. Along with providing excellent guest service, they assist the Deli Manager by ensuring that food in the hot deli is fresh and the area is kept clean and well stocked.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area
• Provide excellent guest service
• Ensure food in the hot deli is fresh
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the deli area
• Adhere to food safety standards
• Work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Starting between: $15.70 - $23.33 per hour
