About the role
Deli Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising team members in the hot deli area. Along with providing excellent guest service, they assist the Deli Manager by ensuring that food in the hot deli is fresh and the area is kept clean and well stocked. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of food safety standards and experience in the food service industry.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area

- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the deli area
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Pay
Starting between: $19.42 - $29.90 per hour
