Deli Shift Leader

About the role

Deli Shift Leaders supervise team members in the hot deli area, provide excellent guest service, assist the Deli Manager, ensure food is fresh, and keep the area clean and well stocked. The role requires basic knowledge of food safety standards and experience in the food service industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
• Incredible customer service skills
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels (hourly team members, customers, vendors, corporate representatives)
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards

Pay

Starting pay: $15.70 - $23.33 per hour; weekly pay.

Schedule

Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
