Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day department operations and sales.

• Ensure seamless shopping experiences for customers.
• Use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
• Act with integrity, pride, and passion daily.
• For Bakery: Apply 1+ years of baking experience.
• For Meat: Process different cuts of meat and operate tools like grinders and saws.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications.
• Openness to learning, adapting, and seeking new skills.
• History of delivering excellent customer service.
