Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Deli Cooks. The positions are available for two shifts:

• Position 1: Wednesday 2pm-8:30pm, Thursday 9:30am-8:30pm, Friday 9:30am-8:30pm, Saturday 10am-8:30pm. Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
• Position 2: Sunday 10am-8:30pm, Monday 9:30am-8:30pm, Tuesday 9:30am-8:30pm, Wednesday 9:30am-2pm. Days Off: Thursday, Friday, Saturday

About the Role

Hallmark Management Service provides residential dining service, catering, and retail operations. Our dining program focuses on fresh, made-from-scratch meals and offers a variety of options including salads, soups, deli sandwiches, hot entrees, sides, desserts, and more.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate culinary knowledge and technique, focusing on bakery preparation
• Use pastry bag for cake/dessert decorating as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, storing and rotating products according to standards
• Ensure high-quality menu items and food products meet our standards
• Taste food items to confirm they meet our criteria
• Accurately complete production records
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the commercial kitchen
• Show a customer-first attitude

• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.
• Constant standing and walking
