About the role

The primary focus of this position is to assist the Deli Department Manager in the successful operation of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous delivery of exceptional guest service.
• Maintain superior quality and freshness of all products produced.
• Prepare products to be used in recipes.
• Maintain appropriate product assortment and product levels in the hot case.
• Promote an in‑store selling culture.
• Create a variety of appealing product displays to attract guests.
• Develop innovative meal‑solution options for guests.
• Understand and follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
