DELI CLERK (PT) - Scottsbluff Main Street Market!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their deli orders in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve a variety of deli items such as sandwiches, salads, and hot food items
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to maintain food safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized deli department, including restocking and rotating products
• Operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, and fryers
• Aid with inventory management and ordering of deli products
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or as a kitchen/food service worker is preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
