Your browser does not support the video tag. The Travel Center Deli Clerk is responsible for providing Food Service in the store with excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Affords customers in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Maintains all equipment in good working order.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Prepares any prep work and stocking for the next shift.
- Measures, cuts, and wraps all food.
- Ensures food safety procedures are executed with raw and cooked foods.
- Maintains safe working conditions.
- Provides friendly and competent customer service.
- Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.
- Assists in other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and follow product specification guidelines.
- Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Must be well groomed and properly attired.
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and any shift needed.
- Must have reliable transportation and phone.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
Qualifications
- Retail or food service experience preferred.
Skills
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Flexibility with the ability to adapt to change.
- Educated in reading and following product specification guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well groomed and properly attired.
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and any shift needed.

Pay
Starting Wage - Up to $17.00/hr DOE
