About the role

A Deli Clerk prepares deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet and hot-case food items, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves using tools such as meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers. You’ll guide, inspire, and create memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of deli products, including meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, and hot-case items.
• Operate equipment like slicers, scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and share knowledge about deli products.
• Ensure food quality and presentation to encourage repeat customer visits.
• Engage with customers and fellow associates to create a positive and welcoming environment.
