About the role

A Deli Clerk prepares deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet and hot-case food items, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves using tools such as meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers. You’ll guide and inspire customers, making each visit memorable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve deli products, including meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, and hot-case items.
• Operate equipment like slicers, scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, sharing knowledge and creating a welcoming experience.
• Maintain food quality and presentation to encourage repeat customer visits.
• Engage with customers and team members with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
