About the role

Lunds & Byerlys Woodbury is hiring a part-time Food Service Clerk to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position offers a competitive wage of $17.00–$18.00 per hour and operates 7 days a week, with shifts ranging between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Slicing deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Wrapping, weighing, and pricing deli items accurately
• Stocking, rotating, and staging deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in deli or food service
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

Pay

$17.00–$18.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered within the range may depend on factors such as skills, knowledge, expertise, and experience, with internal equity also considered.

Schedule

Part-time, with shifts ranging between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.
