Deli Clerk

Lunds & Byerlys Chanhassen is hiring a Part-time Food Service Clerk to create a sensational shopping experience for customers.

About the role

This position works a part-time schedule with shifts between 12:00pm - 9:30pm. The store operates 7 days a week, 6:00am–10:00pm, and offers a competitive wage of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Slice deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Wrap, weigh, and price deli items accurately
• Stock, rotate, and stage deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Create a welcoming and safe environment
• Maintain cleanliness of the department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in deli or food service
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
