About the role

Lunds & Byerlys Downtown Minneapolis is hiring a vibrant and outgoing Part-time Deli Clerk to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. We operate 7 days a week, open from 6:00am to 10:00pm, with shifts for this position ranging between 10:00am and 7:00pm.

Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Slice deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Wrap, weigh, and price deli items accurately
• Stock, rotate, and stage deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Create a welcoming and safe environment
• Maintain cleanliness of the department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in deli or food service
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
