Deli Clerk

About the role

A Deli Clerk prepares and serves deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet and hot-case food items. You’ll use tools like meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers to create delicious food that keeps customers returning. Every day is different, and you’ll guide, inspire, and make each guest’s visit memorable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare and serve a variety of deli products, including meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and hot-case items
• Operate equipment such as meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming and memorable experience
• Take pride in the quality and presentation of food
