Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the deli department
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Train and supervise staff members
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory and ordering processes
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position within the food industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Valid California Food Handlers Card
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Familiarity with POS systems
