Deli/Catering Prep Cook

About the role

As a Deli Prep Cook at Miles Farmers Market, you'll help prepare delicious food from scratch for the deli case and catering menu. This role involves a fast-paced, hands-on environment where quality and consistency are key.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and assembling prepared food items for the deli counter and retail store shelves
• Work under the guidance of the Deli Prep Manager and senior staff to maintain high standards
• Help with catering orders

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable, quick to learn, and enjoys working with food
• Able to follow recipes and food safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous prep or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable with basic knife skills or willing to learn
