Pay
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, and may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Preparation of quality products for customers, engaging with customers at the service counter, moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, and maintaining proper food safety standards are critical to the team's success.

Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
