Deli / Bakery Associate Responsibilities • Prepare and package food items for customers, including sliced meats, cheeses, salads, and baked goods. • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure food safety. • Stock and rotate merchandise on the sales floor and in the cooler to ensure freshness and availability. • Engage with customers at the service counter, providing friendly and efficient service. • Operate equipment such as slicers, ovens, and fryers safely and efficiently. • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, workplace safety, and customer service. • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts. • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down work areas, and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety, workplace safety, and labor laws. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Pay

Hourly wage: $17–$30 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
