Deli/Bakery Manager

About the Role

This position involves managing the deli/bakery department to provide friendly guest service, achieve sales and profit targets, maintain inventory, ensure product quality, and uphold sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff performance
• Prepare and order products
• Stock and maintain inventory
• Perform department duties such as PA announcements
• Manage labor budgets
• Adhere to operational guidelines

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with effective communication and guest service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to read instructions and work well with computers
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capable of extended standing, bending, and kneeling

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of deli operations preferred
• Ability to train others preferred
