About the role

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Deli Team Member for the Parkhurst Dining location. You’ll join a values‑driven, fun, and supportive team that emphasizes lifelong relationships and a commitment to “Create a Smile.” The company operates over 150 locations across more than a dozen states with nearly 10,000 team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all deli items to order and in a timely manner.
• Set up the service line as instructed by the Executive Chef and/or Manager on duty, ensuring it is properly garnished at all times.
• Check food quality for taste, appearance, and correct temperature; report any substandard items to the Executive Chef and/or Manager.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and follow Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.
• Post all necessary signage and merchandise the service area.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and/or walk 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 lb.
• Frequently lift up to 10 lb.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and care deeply about people.
