About the role
As a Deli Team Member, you’ll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. You’ll prepare all Deli items to order and in a timely manner, prepare the service line as instructed, check food quality, interact with guests professionally, and merchandise the service area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all Deli items to order and in a timely manner.
- Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Manager on duty.
- Check quality of food items, ensuring they meet standards of taste, appearance, and correct temperature.
- Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Manager on duty.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Follows Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.
- Post all necessary signage.
- Mercandise service area.
Requirements
Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
Frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.
