At Rosauers Supermarkets, the deli isn't just a place to pick up lunch—it's a culinary adventure waiting to happen. As a Deli Associate, you'll be the curator of delectable delights, crafting customized sandwiches, salads, and more with an artistic touch, serving up scrumptious creations that make every meal memorable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
• Update displays, cases and other customer-facing areas to ensure new items and promotions are showcased.
• Ensure work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment and floors, and removing trash.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies.
• Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• A genuine dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Facilitate clear, concise, and positive interactions with others.
• Candidates must be 18+ years or older.
• Complete a pre-employment background check.
• Food Workers Card.
