Store Diamond Standards

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
  • Acquire and share knowledge of the Deli Department.
  • Coordinate product orders using effective pars and planning.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
  • Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
  • Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
  • Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compliance with all company policies and standards.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Production‑driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks while standing.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lb.
  • Willingness to work the number of hours required to meet company objectives, including occasional additional time.
  • Availability for a non‑traditional five‑day work schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings.
  • Occasional exposure to extreme conditions, hot or cold.

Schedule

  • Monday‑Friday: 7 am – 8:30 pm
  • Saturday/Sunday: 7 am – 7:30 pm
  • 14–28 hours weekly
