Responsibilities
- Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
- Acquire and share knowledge of the Deli Department.
- Coordinate product orders using effective pars and planning.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
- Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
- Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
- Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compliance with all company policies and standards.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Production-driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks while standing.
- Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work the number of hours required to meet company objectives, including occasional additional time as needed.
- Able to work a non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
- Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions, hot or cold.
Schedule
Shifts may vary between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, or 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM, with approximately 30 hours per week. Schedules are biweekly for better work predictability.
