About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional to provide temporary support for Delegation Oversight and Quality Management activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support oversight activities, monitor performance, prepare reports, and present findings.

Schedule

Onsite 2 times per week – Wednesday required, second day of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits, assessments, and quality reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and update member letters to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, state, federal and accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinate and support delegation oversight and quality assessment activities.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and vendor performance.
  • Review, organize, and analyze operational data and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and meeting materials for leadership and vendors.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and status updates to internal teams and external vendors.
  • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of commitments.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and support operational initiatives.
  • Assist with process improvement efforts and development of standardized workflows and procedures.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, quality management, vendor management, project coordination, auditing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience working with external vendors, delegated entities, or provider organizations preferred.
