Drive paid registrations for global cybersecurity conferences; own outbound pipeline, engage engineers and security leaders, and boost attendance and revenue with impact.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Delegate Sales Manager to drive paid attendance and group registrations for ISMG’s global cybersecurity conferences, including Hardwear.io and Nullcon.
What You'll Do
- Drive paid registrations through outbound email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns
- Re-engage past attendees, training participants, and community members
- Identify and close multi-seat / corporate registrations
- Position the value of attending to engineers, researchers, and security teams
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance against targets
- Develop a strong understanding of the hardware and embedded security landscape
- Act as an ambassador for ISMG within the technical practitioner community
What You Bring to the Table
- Core Requirements
- - 3–5+ years in sales, business development, or event/delegate sales
- - Proven experience with outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn)
- - Comfortable selling to technical or cybersecurity audiences
- - Strong communicator with a results-driven mindset
- - Ability to manage pipeline and hit activity/conversion goals
- Nice to have:
- - Experience selling conference passes, training, or events
- - Exposure to cybersecurity, developer, or technical audiences
