Del Taco Lead

Overview

The Del Taco Lead is a non-tip position responsible for overseeing the cook staff and cashiers, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet customers and assist with exceptional customer service.
• Keep all areas of the restaurant cleaned.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu and explain items correctly and accurately to customers.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Establish close relationships with co-workers, managers, and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid SNHD Food Handler's Card (NV Health Card).
• Able to travel to assigned locations.
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Maintain a professional appearance, clean, and well-groomed as per standards.
• Collect cash or charge payment from guests, make change for cash transactions, verify identification for credit card payments, etc.
