Thrive Therapies Group is expanding our Mobile Clinic Program in East Tennessee, offering full-time and part-time opportunities for Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs). Our mobile clinic model delivers high-quality therapy directly to communities, providing a flexible and clinician-focused experience.

Why SLPAs Will Love This Role

• No Evaluations. No Case Management. Your focus is direct therapy. You'll provide speech-language services under appropriate supervision without evaluations or case management responsibilities.
• More Face-to-Face Time With Students: Provide focused, 40-minute therapeutic sessions with a stable, consistent student caseload. Spend your time building relationships and supporting student progress.
• Full-Time & Part-Time Flexibility: Opportunities available for both full-time and part-time work to fit your schedule.
• Travel & Lodging Support: For team members traveling to provide services, Thrive coordinates travel logistics and lodging for scheduled on-site days.
