About the role

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a yield-generating portfolio across multiple DeFi protocols and blockchains
• Design and backtest algorithms for actionable insights in portfolio management
• Establish frameworks for risk analysis and portfolio optimization
• Monitor and analyze data to forecast risks and design entry/exit triggers for market strategies

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of risk management and financial/statistical concepts for optimal portfolio management
• Extensive understanding of DeFi protocols including liquid staking, AMMs, lending protocols, perpetual DEXs, and auction mechanisms
• Familiarity with data engineering practices
• Proven experience managing portfolios in TradFi or DeFi across various assets
• Experience utilizing rigorous statistical methods for portfolio analysis
