DeFi Product Counsel
Responsibilities
- Advises on legal matters related to DeFi products.
- Provides legal support for non-custodial wallet products.
- Supports legal issues involving decentralized and unregulated crypto products.
- Presents practical product advice to business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience as Product Counsel supporting cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital asset products.
- Experience with DeFi products and non-custodial wallets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting decentralized finance (DeFi) companies or products.
- Experience with regulated cryptocurrency businesses.
- Familiarity with stablecoins.
Pay
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
