Defense Technology Transfer Policy Analyst

About the role

Axyde Analytics, LLC seeks a Defense Technology Transfer Policy Analyst to modernize technology-transfer policies, procedures and agreement templates. Contingent on government contract award and funding. This is not an immediate funded opening. Location: Arlington, VA, on-site support with telework subject to government direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop coordinated revisions to governing instructions, technology-transfer handbooks and manuals.
• Update agreement templates and prepare interim policy-guidance recommendations.
• Trace requirements to authorities, reconcile stakeholder comments and maintain controlled versions.
• Deliver clear, accurate technical writing and coordinate policy milestones.

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of recent DoW/DON technology-transfer experience.
• Demonstrated government policy drafting or review, with the ability to translate policy into practical procedures and templates. Direct defense ORTA and federal research-laboratory T2 experience is especially relevant.
