About the role
You’ll bring your tactical and technical expertise to work on projects for the Department of War (DoW). You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, identifying opportunities, analyzing risk, and evaluating complex systems, policies, and processes to provide solutions that solve the joint services' hardest problems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with SOF in contingency operations, sensitive activities, and leadership
- Experience working with the intelligence community and U.S. government
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with security clearance protocols and systems
- Knowledge of strategic DoW combat operations strategy and policies
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced technology in AI and autonomy
- Experience with data analytic tools
- Knowledge of logistics and sustainment functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance is required.

Pay
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work Model
Our people-first culture prioritizes collaboration, whether in person or virtually. Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings.
- Remote: Occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, aligned with leadership expectations and role needs. May also require work from or visits to a customer facility.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers as required.
