Defense Mission Analyst
About the role
As a project management specialist, you will support a project from concept to completion, ensuring it stays on track with limited resources. Your responsibilities include implementing and maintaining organizational programs in support of a US Navy middle tier acquisition, reviewing contracts and project cost accounting, and using tools like MS Project, MS Excel, Power BI, and interacting with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of a US Navy middle tier acquisition
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
- Use MS Project, MS Excel, Power BI, and other tools for tactical planning
- Work with OEM, SMEs, schedulers, and client leadership
- Deliver executive-level briefings and translate analytics into actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with data integration, dashboard design, predictive modeling, and performance measurement within military, federal, or acquisition environments
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, modeling, automation, forecasting, analytics, or reporting tools
- Knowledge of risk scoring, forecasting, and readiness monitoring
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen's benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
