Deductions Analyst

As a Deductions Analyst, you’ll dig into the details, validate legitimacy, code accurately, and resolve deductions with the level of due diligence that stands up to audits and supports strong financial discipline. Required Skills 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Deductions Analyst, Credit & Collections Analyst with deductions exposure, or AR Analyst)Proven ability to research and resolve customer deductions/short pays, particularly in high-volume environmentsStrong investigative skills—able to work through remittance detail, invoices, pricing/promo support, and shipping documentationAccuracy and discipline in coding, documentation, and maintaining audit-ready backupAbility to track open items (status, aging, dollars at risk, next action) and escalate appropriately to avoid unnecessary write-offsComfort operating in environments with internal controls, SOPs, and audit support expectationsSystem experience with SAP (frequent daily use)Experience with TPM (Trade Promotion Management) tools supporting promo/trade activityExperience with HighRadius (cloud-based deductions platform) Nice To Have Skills Familiarity with major retailer deduction processesExperience separating and managing trade vs. non-trade deduction workflowsBackground in CPG, manufacturing, or distribution environments Preferred Education And Experience 2+ years of relevant deductions/AR/credit experience in a structured, process-driven settingExperience supporting trade and non-trade deductions tied to retailer activity (promotions/allowances, shortages, freight discrepancies, damages, etc.) Other Requirements Ability to maintain clear notes, organized documentation, and consistent backup to support audit trails and internal reviewStrong follow-through and cross-functional coordination skills to help identify root causes (pricing/promo setup, shipment discrepancies, freight issues, etc.) Salary $35.00/hr Bring your curiosity, precision, and persistence—apply today for the Deductions Analyst role and help drive clean resolution, stronger controls, and better outcomes.
