Key Responsibilities For The Deduction Analyst Investigate, manage, and resolve customer deductions on a daily basis.Partner with sales and freight teams to research and reconcile deduction issues.Support billing activities and payment resolution processes.Prepare and distribute deduction reports and maintain accurate supporting documentation.Utilize Excel reports and formulas to analyze account activity and identify discrepancies.
