About the role
Pure Freight Lines is now hiring CDL-A Dedicated Independent Team Drivers. Earn up to $0.95 CPM for USPS/Mail loads and dedicated freight. Consistent miles, no-touch freight, transitional pay after 30 days, paid orientation, travel paid to orientation. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are offered. Brand new KW T680 tractors, including 2026 or 2027 newer KW T680 & Cascadia 53ft dry van, pet-friendly with fridge and microwave. Home time varies based on location.
Responsibilities
- Earn up to $0.95 CPM for USPS/Mail loads and dedicated freight.
- Consistent miles, no-touch freight.
- Transitional pay after 30 days.
- Paid orientation.
- Travel paid to orientation.
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits offered.
- Brand new KW T680 tractors, including 2026 or 2027 newer KW T680 & Cascadia 53ft dry van, pet-friendly with fridge and microwave.
- Varying home time availability based on location.
- Start at $.90 CPM split for 60 days, then performance/safety raises to $0.95 CPM split (loaded + empty - all miles paid).
Requirements
- Class A CDL.
- 18+ months Class A experience.
- Clean driving record.
- No SAP drivers.
- Must submit to full background check and pre-employment drug test.
Qualifications
Medically qualified, able to pass DOT roadside inspections, and highly compensated for DOT passed road inspections. Driver referral bonuses and performance incentives are also highly compensated.
Skills
Experience in handling USPS/Mail loads and dedicated freight, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills are beneficial.
