Job Summary

Now Courier is seeking an Independent Contractor to service a dedicated delivery route within our Fort Wayne, IN operation. This is a consistent, revenue-generating opportunity requiring an SUV or larger vehicle.

About the Role

This role involves delivering cargo on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality, and providing exceptional customer service. The position requires problem-solving skills and knowledge of the Fort Wayne area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cargo on time and maintain reliability
• Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or mapping software
• Greet customers professionally and handle inquiries with empathy
• Think quickly and adapt to challenges like traffic delays or address changes

Requirements

• Own an SUV or larger vehicle from 2016 model year or newer
• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver's license and commercial insurance with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability
• Pass a comprehensive pre-employment process including a Driving History Review, Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening

• Vehicle requirements: SUV or larger, 2016 model year or newer
• Weekly mileage: Approximately 120 miles per route
• Daily stops: Approximately 10
