Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking shipments
• Communicate effectively with clients and carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Proficiency in transportation software
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

$20-$25 per hour based on experience

Schedule
