Dedicated Retail Merchandiser Part-Time - Stone Mountain, GA

About the role

We are looking for a Part-Time Dedicated Reckitt Merchandiser to execute merchandising tasks for one client in multiple retailers. This role involves stocking, feature and display builds, signage setting, and other retail merchandising tasks. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to instructions, and the ability to maintain high-quality work to meet or exceed client expectations. You will report directly to the Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image capture according to provided instructions
• Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with the required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics
• Use technology (e.g., smartphones and handheld devices) effectively and consistently
• Maintain detailed knowledge of company policies
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to report work completed, sales opportunities, successes, or roadblocks
• Maintain the confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information
• Work flexible shifts based on store requirements

Requirements

• Travel up to 20%
• Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• Work performed may involve sitting, standing, or walking, as well as fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and upper/lower body mobility
• Independent and self-motivated
• Flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required
• Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay

$18.00 per hour
