Dedicated Hybrid CDL A Driver

Standard Logistics is seeking a professional CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver for a hybrid opportunity based out of Statesboro, GA. This role is dedicated to providing top-notch service to long-term customers, including industry leaders such as GAF, Home Depot, and James Hardie.

About the Role

In this hybrid capacity, you will operate within a 500-mile radius, running Monday through Friday with weekend home time. Trips may vary from same-day runs to being out two to three days before returning. We provide late-model sleeper tractors equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure your comfort and safety. Drivers will wear company-provided, branded Standard Logistics gear to maintain our "Best in Class" professional image.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sleeper cab and flatbed trailer to secure, tarp, and transport materials such as shingles, limestone, and concrete.
• Manage routes effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
• Serve as a dedicated representative for our most valued long-term customers.

Requirements

• Class A CDL (Required)
• 1 year of commercial driving experience (Required)
• TWIC Card (Highly recommended)
• 1 year of flatbed experience (Preferred)
• Safe driving record with no DUI/OWI, positive drug tests, or refusals
• Must be registered for the FMCSA clearinghouse

Pay

• Pay range: $27.77 to $31.52 per hour
• Approximately 10 - 15 hours of overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours per week
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $35 per-diem for each required overnight stay
• Annual safety and performance bonuses of up to $3,000
• Weekly pay cycles
