Requirements

• Active Washington HCA/CNA Certification (LEGAL REQUIREMENT)
• 6 months - 1 year experience in the care setting
• Ability to arrive and depart work on time
• Flexibility with working hours
• Ability to do light housekeeping (bending and stooping)
• Ability to lift 30lbs (MANDATORY)
• Grocery shopping for Clients (MANDATORY)
• Ability to be dedicated and committed to the care shifts you accept
• Provide longevity and independence within our Care community
• Provide strong communication skills
• Some clients have animals (please specify if you are able to be around animals)
• We are IN HOME CARE. We provide cares WITHIN the homes of our Clients (this means traveling between care shifts from one client to the next)

Pay

Hourly Wage for Spokane is $21.00 per hour.
