About the role

Empire Today® is seeking experienced flooring installer subcontractors to grow their installation business. Daily work is available, with consistent residential installation opportunities provided year‑round. Independent installer subcontractors earn on average $190k across their crews, with top‑performing businesses earning well over $500k.

Responsibilities

• Pick up flooring and supplies from the Empire warehouse.
• Install flooring in residential settings.
• Use the Field Service Mobile App for digital job documentation and allocation up to 16 days in advance.
• Handle onsite disposal and standard supplies (provided free).
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for fast load‑outs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of flooring installation experience.
• Personal vehicle (van or truck).
• Flooring installation tools.
• Qualified individuals with criminal histories will be considered.
