About the role

The Decorator will ensure baked goods are decorated according to company specifications to provide fresh, high-quality bakery items for customers. The position involves executing a daily production list to meet customer needs while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Decorate baked goods to company specifications
• Execute daily production list to meet customer needs
• Provide exceptional customer service to support store financial success

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food service or related field preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques
