Decorator

About the role

The Decorator will ensure that baked goods are decorated to company specifications to ensure fresh, high-quality bakery goods for our customers. They will focus on executing the production list that is required of them to produce every day. Focus on delivering great customer service to secure store's financial success.

Responsibilities

• Decorate baked goods to company specifications
• Execute daily production list to ensure quality and quantity of products
• Deliver exceptional customer service to support store's financial success

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a food service or bakery environment preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for delivery if applicable)

Skills

• Proficiency in using baking equipment and tools
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Range: $16.90 to $22.00 per hour

Flexible schedule with potential for evening and weekend shifts
