Essential Job Functions

• Perform setup and preparation tasks, including loading, positioning, and adjusting unprinted materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms.
• Utilize hand-eye coordination to ensure accurate placement of decals.
• Establish and maintain a consistent and rhythmic work flow for the Decal department.
• Inspect and examine decorated products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
• Place decorated items on trays to dry or set decals.
• Wear personal protective equipment when necessary.
• Inspect own work to ensure the highest quality product is being delivered to the customer.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including performing general housekeeping duties such as sweeping.
• Support teamwork through active participation and helping to implement team ideas.
• Be reliable and regularly attend work.
• Perform duties safely and in compliance with company safety policies.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in Manufacturing/Production Environment, preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination, required.
• Results-oriented.
• Strong, positive leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
