About the role

Working within the Swiss turning department of our American subsidiary, your primary mission is the management of a fleet of several cam-operated Swiss-type automatic lathes (specific PRECI-DIP machines). You will carry out set-ups, adjustments, tool sharpening, and first-level maintenance. You ensure daily monitoring of your machines (production, quality, productivity). In parallel, you actively participate in the continuous improvement of our machines and in the search for solutions to improve departmental productivity and parts quality.

Your profile

• Holder of a Swiss federal vocational diploma (CFC) as a production mechanic with a specialization in Swiss turning or equivalent training
• Good experience on cam-operated machines and comfortable with conventional mechanics
• At ease in English
• Able to work autonomously and manage priorities
• After approximately 6 months of training at our Delémont site, you are available to work at our US site
